Unlike most Telecom Expense Management (TEM) solutions, which focus on a select few telecommunications functions, Infortel Invoice Manager enables organizations to track, audit, manage, plan and report across a complete array of TEM processes.

Full Managed Service Solution

Infortel Invoice Manager’s services eliminate the time-consuming and routine aspects of telecom management and invoice handling. Infortel Invoice Manager’s fully-managed services include the following:

Hosting and Basic Support Service with which ISI:
  • Provides infrastructure for the hosting and deployment of the Invoice Manager software tool.
  • Supplies secure, permission-based web access for authorized users.
  • Provides standard data feed to AP/GL application or provides allocation information in report formats.
  • Includes review of Bill Management and Assurance reports.
  • Specifies recommended courses of action regarding audit/assurance tests, contract exceptions, and other recommendations.
  • Stores on-line data (summary and detail data).
  • Includes software training sessions for Company-selected personnel
  • Incorporates Wireless, Local and Long Distance Services, Conference Calling Services, Calling Cards, and Data Services (and other services as agreed upon).
Account Management Service with which ISI:
  • Provides status updates
  • Performs regularly-scheduled monthly reporting meetings.
  • Provides technical support during ISI’s standard business hours.
Bill Loading Support Service with which ISI:
  • Receives, tracks and loads electronic invoices. Enters defined account information related to paper invoices.
  • Flags bill receipt, loading and processing exceptions, coordinates with vendors, and resolves issues. Distributes paper bill copies on a quarterly basis (or destroys, if specified).
Enhanced Support and Value-Added, Periodic Service with which ISI:
  • Documents billing error disputes and communicates to vendors.
  • Follows-up on billing error claims with vendors, until resolved.
  • Updates billing error resolutions.
  • Recommends opportunities for savings related to contract and rate improvements, changes in usage behavior, inventory “right sizing” and other types of recommendations.
