Release Availability

ISI Telemanagement Solutions (ISI) prides itself on continually updating its call account applications with new features and benefits, as well as any necessary programming updates and corrections. Please see the availability of Releases, below. Please note a “Release” is defined as a Version (V) or Service Pack (SP) that updates the call accounting application and which is made generally available by ISI to its customers.

To check your current Infortel Select Release:

  1. Click on Help, then About from the Infortel Select Control Center or Dashboard.
  2. Find the “Last Patch” information. It will be shown as x.x.nnnn, where x.x is the Version and nnnn is the Service Pack currently installed.
