ISI has been awarded the 2015 INTERNET TELEPHONY Skype for Business Pioneer Award for our integrated collaboration reporting and recording solution for all modes of Skype for Business communication, including voice, video, S4B IM, and conferencing. This award from TMC and INTERNET TELEPHONY magazine comes as a great honor to ISI, as we continue to expand our capabilities within the Microsoft Skype For Business ecosystem. Through a focus on a combination of technologies, ISI created an improved user experience for adherence to compliance mandates and collaboration reporting with added insights and business intelligence for the enterprise.

ISI has been awarded the Lync Pioneer Award from Internet Telephony magazine for our integrated collaboration reporting and recording solution for all modes of Lync communication, including voice, video, Lync IM, and conferencing. This award comes as a great honor to ISI, as we continue to expand our capabilities within the Lync ecosystem. ISI's collaboration reporting and recording solution for Voice, Video, Cisco Jabber/Microsoft Lync IM, Screen Capture, and Telepresence has been awarded a 2013 Unified Communications Excellence Award by Internet Telephony magazine. This award stands as a testament to ISI's commitment to innovation. The editors made special note of the solution's ability to address the real needs of the growing Unified Communications marketplace. Concurrent Call Analysis reporting component of Infortel® Select has been awarded a 2011 Product of the Year Award by Internet Telephony magazine. The editors who gave us the award commented that ISI has developed a very useful tool to assist companies who are looking to move to a SIP environment and are in need of ways to accurately monitor their bandwidth requirements. Many of Internet Telephony's readers fall into this category. ISI was only Call Reporting provider to receive an award this year, even though a number of our competitors applied.
