Infortel Select Recertified HIPAA Compliant
In June of 2007, ISI Telemanagement Solutions announced that their Infortel Select Call Accounting solutions had met the requirements of the HIPAA Academy Audit and Evaluation program for compliance with the HIPAA Security Rule. ISI became the first provider in the Telecom Expense Management industry to achieve HIPAA Certification, and added HIPAA to a host of other quality and security oriented certifications, including ISO 9001-2008, SSAE 16 . ISI selected ecfirst.com Healthcare to complete the HIPAA certification. ecfirst.com conducted an assessment of ISI's Infortel Select solutions and certified its effectiveness in maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and availability of electronic Protected Health Information (EPHI). Since then, ISI has maintained its certification through ecfirst.com and has recently completed it's latest assessment in order to stay Certified HIPAA Compliant.
In December 2017, ISI's Infortel Select platform was recertified as HIPAA Compliant for both onsite and cloud services.
U.S. General Services Administration (GSA)
ISI has been awarded a U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) contract by the procurement arm of the federal government. This award enables government organizations and other entities authorized to utilize the GSA Schedule contracts, to acquire ISI products and services under pre-defined pricing and terms. ISO 9001 Certified
In January of 1999, ISI received certification from DNV (Det Norske Veritas) of Oslo, Norway, that our quality and management system met the standards of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). To the best of our knowledge, ISI is the only company in our category that has achieved ISO 9001 certification.
Receiving ISO 9001 certification means that ISI complies with the quality management standards set and developed by ISO. ISO standards require a periodic audit every six months and a full certification audit every three years.

SSAE 16 Type II Certified
ISI Telemanagement Solutions takes security issues very seriously. Data stored in our data center meets the most rigorous controls standards, demanding accountability and transparency. The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) created a "Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) No. 16" certification termed "SSAE 16" to help customers know that the data center used by ISI has effective internal controls in place for managing the design, implementation and execution of our customer's information.
