Each day, teachers and staff interact with students and parents. Many of these conversations occur over the phone, and include varying degrees of private information. Because of the sensitive nature of these interactions, teachers are vulnerable without an archived record of the calls.

Whether the call involves an irate parent, a harassing student, or an administrator, utilizing a call recording solution eliminates the possibility of a negative situation. When a teacher calls a parent for a conference, the call can be recorded, archived, and referenced at a later date.

If, for some reason, the parent brings a complaint against the teacher, the school can reference the actual phone call to properly assess the situation. In addition, in order to keep information private, all recordings are archived with permission-based restrictions. This ensures that everyone involved is kept safe.

As schools continue to integrate the learning experience between the classroom and home, recording call interactions between teachers and parents is crucial. The same theory applies to a coach speaking to the parents of a player, or outside network calls made by administrators.

Call recordings can also act as a tool for school counselors to recall information from conversations with parents or even medical professionals. By simply incorporating a call recording solution, any school can ease the tensions that may arise when staff members contact parents via phone calls.
