ISI Launches New Solution for Collaboration Reporting and Recording

Posted by on
ISI and Verba have launched a full collaborative reporting and recording solution, capable of capturing call, video, and instant messaging interactions. Partnering with Verba Technologies, ISI aims to transform the way businesses handle multiple communication solutions.

Communication is evolving, and organizations are adapting. Collaboration solutions such as Cisco’s Jabber or Microsoft’s Lync empower people to conduct business from anywhere, connecting all forms of communication.

This collaborative approach unifies the ability to record and report on calls, video, and instant messaging interactions, thereby producing a Single User Experience. Through this, a company gains a complete picture of organizational interactions. Conversations are captured at every angle, delivering records of voice and video calls, metrics on call data, and searchable transcriptions of instant messaging activities.

“Collaboration is on everyone’s mind, but a lot of companies haven’t considered how they will measure their collaborative solutions,” said David Dishek, Unified Collaboration Practice Lead with ISI Telemanagement Solutions, Inc. “In order to get the most out of voice, video, and instant messaging interactions, you have to be able to monitor, report, and record them.”

In addition, Verba has added the ability to record calls remotely from Cisco TDM gateways and the CUBE SBC. This technology allows a completely virtualized recording environment, which not only captures calls terminated on Cisco phones, but also extends this capability to remote extensions and Cisco Jabber mobile calls.

The potential for a solution that can deliver metrics and recordings across such a diverse collaborative environment comes at the perfect time, as cloud technology continues to build steam. ISI offers this flexible collaborative reporting and recording solution inside and outside the Contact Center.

ISI and Verba will be showcasing this complete collaboration reporting and recording solution for the Cisco Unified Communication platform on October 21 at the 2013 Cisco Collaboration Summit.
