ISI is pleased to announce the release of Service Pack 5326 for Infortel® Select. This release brings greater functionality and flexibility for users of the call accounting and reporting solution, including new export options, enhanced accounting and reporting for Microsoft Lync, and increased security.
Specifically, this Service Pack offers a graphical representation of Erlang B reports generated through Traffic Analysis. Transferred calls can be exported in a way that shows the entire call path in a single row. Also included is an update to the Report Designer. With this, the Report Designer will now include an option to report the time of calls in hours, minutes, and seconds.
One of the more exciting features added with this Service Pack is the additional functionality with Microsoft Lync Response Group reporting. Now, managers can access tools needed to determine what is happening within their Response Groups. These advanced reporting capabilities will answer questions like:
• Who in the Response Group is answering the calls?
• How long are calls spending in the queue before they are answered by an agent?
• How much time are agents spending on the phone?
• Are calls going into the queue and not being answered by anybody?
On top of that, Service Pack 5326 adds improved security through the addition of an SQL security option. Lastly, with Microsoft having ended support for Windows XP, this will be the last Infortel Select Service Pack that will support that platform.
