ISI Releases New Service Pack 6209 for Infortel Select

We are excited to announce the release of our latest Service Pack 6209 for Infortel® Select Version 10.0! The NEW Service Pack includes the introduction of a new look-and-feel for Dashboard, Call Exploration, Reports Portal, greatly expanded Dashboard flexibility, and a new Contact Center Dashboard providing Real-Time contact center metrics for Cisco Contact Center Express users.

New enhancements have been made to include:

  • Multiple Dashboard Visibility - Create multiple dashboards with appropriate gates for various teams
  • Editable Gate Templates - Modify or create altogether new gates in a snap
  • Gate Design Sharing - Share gates with others in the organization
  • New gate display options - Show data in gates using six new graphical representations
  • Additional drill-down options – Easily drill-down to phone, vendor or specific phone service levels
  • UCCX Reporting Enhancements - Get real-time stats on UCCX contact center agents, queues, and calls
