ISI Releases New Service Pack 5025 for Infortel® Select 10

ISI Telemanagement Solutions, Inc., has released Service Pack 5025 for its call reporting solution, Infortel Select 10.

With this NEW release, users will receive greatly enhanced reporting capabilities. From Hunt Group reporting to Phone Number search, this service pack adds tremendous value to Infortel Select’s already robust feature set.

Specifically included with Service Pack 5025, users can now report on native call queuing statistics for Hunt Groups. This includes additional access to Quality of Service metrics in the Report Designer, as well as the ability to locate calls placed or received to a specific phone number.

Rounding out the new enhancements is a streamlined method for reporting on projected charges. With Service Pack 5025, users can estimate the scheduled fixed (recurring) charges for a given date range.

While this was previously available in older versions of Infortel Select, it is now available directly within the Report Publisher.
