ISI’s collaboration reporting and recording solution as a recipient of its 2013 Unified Communications Excellence Award presented by INTERNET TELEPHONY magazine.
The solution, which is capable of generating metrics and analytics to report on traffic, voice, video, and instant messaging (IM) interactions, is completely integrated with collaboration recording from Verba Technologies. Through this integration, users gain the ability to record voice & video calls, Telepresence, and screen capture, as well as instant messages from mobile clients (Cisco Jabber and Microsoft Lync), while creating a searchable archive of all interactions.
“We are very proud of our collaboration reporting and recording solution, and our ability to offer users a unified way to have visibility into their communications,” said Darek Latawski, Director of Marketing at ISI Telemanagement Solutions, Inc. “The methods of communication have changed over the years. Because of this, it is imperative that organizations have a way to properly assess usage and manage their telecom infrastructures, as well as discover new ways to support the various methods their workforce wants to effectively communicate.”
The resulting integration is a solution that enhances the customer experience by delivering unified reports and recordings for a single user experience. Reports can be used to analyze trunk usage in order to lower costs, while recordings can be archived to ensure all compliance mandates are properly followed.
“It gives me great pleasure to grant a 2013 Unified Communications Excellence Award to ISI for its innovative collaboration reporting and recording solution, and the team’s commitment to addressing the real needs of the marketplace,” said Rich Tehrani, CEO, TMC. “It’s inspiring to see such commitment to excellence and I look forward to many future innovations from ISI.”
Unified Communications Excellence Award winners are published in the November 2013 issue of INTERNET TELEPHONY magazine.
