ISI is pleased to announce that our Charitable Giving Committee is proudly supporting the ACME M.B. Church Community Outreach Festival taking place on July 23, 2016, onsite at the ACME M.B. Church 8747-8754 S. Paulina St. (8700 Block of Paulina) in Chicago, IL. The event runs from 10A- 8P CST and at least 2000 or more are expected to attend. Elected officials scheduled to participate include the Mayor of Chicago, Rahm Emanuel, the Clerk of the Circuit, Court Dorothy Brown and Members of the Illinois State Senate and House of Representatives, Ward Aldermen, and Judges, to name a few.
The ACME M.B. Church Community Outreach Festival is in its 21st year of providing church fellowship, music, fun, food, health care screenings, geriatric counseling, back to school immunizations and school backpack giveaways. The festival is free to all attendees and open to the public. Entertainment will be provided by some of Chicago’s top music choirs, quartets, and soloists. Also on the schedule are magic shows, games, basketball competitions, and a yearly performance by The Jesse White Tumblers. The local Chicago Police Department shows support for the event by making a presence throughout the day.
ISI is proud to support the community efforts of the ACME M.B Church and their Community Outreach Festival this year. Our team member, Stacy Teems, is donating his time to the festivities by preparing and serving food. Teems will also present the financial contribution ISI is making on behalf of the company.
We want to thank the ACME M.B. Church for their active community outreach, for allowing us to be a part of a fantastic effort and wish them luck on their event.
