Our products and solutions are in a state of perpetual update. We do this so that we can stay current with the needs of our customers, but also to find new ways of enhancing telecom management. This is the only way that we can ensure that our customers' telecom needs and goals are met. With Service Pack 4836, a number of new enhancements and improved reporting capabilities are now available to Infortel® Select users.
With this Service Pack, there is an increased focus on integration and the many benefits it delivers. Many of our customers are already taking advantage of our Call & Video recording solution through our partner, Verba Technologies. We went beyond that initial request of delivering a Call Recording solution in our solutions portfolio to give our customers a single user experience.
Call reporting with Infortel Select is now fully integrated with call & video recording from Verba Technologies. This integration allows for full recording, on-demand recording, and silent monitoring available alongside the call reporting capabilities of Infortel Select.
With this also comes the integration of call reporting and call & video recording in Microsoft Dynamics® CRM. The solution, known as Infortel® CRM Infuze™, provides a single interface for call reporting and call & video recording from within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Call data and recordings can now be linked directly to accounts, contacts, or leads, and accessed through a single sign-on.
Other updates in Service Pack 4836 include:
- Enhancements to the location and name conventions of the Report Designer
- Improved Device Type reporting
- Upgraded Ring Time Summary graphs
