The Trunk Analysis Tool is an extremely powerful feature that is used to display your current trunk usage; set up hypothetical situations to help you analyze your phone system's grade of service; and determine the number of trunks required. You can analyze a facility or a trunk group (depending on your PBX) within any data source in your system. Note: Under General Reports, you will also find several different Trunk Reports.
