Trunk Analysis Tool

Q. What is the Trunk Analysis Tool used for?
A. The Trunk Analysis Tool is an extremely powerful feature that is used to display your current trunk usage; set up hypothetical situations to help you analyze your phone system's grade of service; and determine the number of trunks required. You can analyze a facility or a trunk group (depending on your PBX) within any data source in your system. Note: Under General Reports, you will also find several different Trunk Reports.
