Q. We are able to track internal calls (also known as station-to-station or extension-to-extension) in our Phone System (also known as PBX). On reports, I see the calls posting on the initiating extension and would like to know if the calls can post on the terminating extension?
A. In the Control Center, under Administration, click on System Configuration options. Double-click on Other Options (keep in mind, this option applies to the selected site only; to change this option for another site, select the appropriate site before continuing). Check the box to post internal calls on the terminating extension.

Q.I have gone into pricing and entered in per minute costs to be more in-line with my LD carrier rather than use the rate table costs provided. I have re-costed the calls and when I run reports, the cost is even higher than before.
A. Check to make sure that when the Call Category was edited, the Adjustment Factor was changed from 1.000 to 0.000. The reason your cost is reflecting a higher amount on the reports now is because with the 1.000 still in the equation, it is multiplying the rate table cost in addition to the per minute costing you have added. After this change is made, re-cost the call records and re-run reports.

Q.How can I find out what version of IFW I have and how many stations I am licensed for?
A. In Control Center, click on Help; click on About. The pop-up box will tell you the version of software you have, serial number, how many sites and stations you have purchased, and any additional options.
