• How do I change Data Collection from polling the Buffer Box On Com 1 to polling the Buffer Box on Com2?
• How do I change my polling schedule from 1 hour to 30 minutes?
• My polling schedule is set for every 30 minutes and it just polled the buffer box 5 minutes ago. I need to poll the data immediately to run a report. Do I have to wait another 25 minutes?

Data Manager

• I am seeing on reports that Toll Free calls are reporting as LD. How do I change that so I only see my true LD Calls?
• We are able to track internal calls (also known as station-to-station or extension-to-extension) in our Phone System (also known as PBX). On reports, I see the calls posting on the initiating extension and would like to know if the calls can post on the terminating extension?
• An employee received a harassing phone call. When I run reports, I can see the incoming call to that extension, but I am unable to see the Caller ID information.
• Why when I create a report and try to save the report parameters, do I not have the option to "share the named report settings" as my Manager does?
