Q. I've heard that there are some patches available for my OTM software. How do I get them?
A. While ISI does not sell or distribute the Nortel OTM product, ISI OTM support contract customers are entitled to assistance with patches from ISI. Patches are also available on the Nortel website.

Q. How do I include additional extensions that may be non-prime extensions; extensions that appear in a tandem PBX not being administered by my OTM system; DNs associated with a BCM; or DNs from another non-Nortel PBX into my Corporate Directory?
A. Please refer to: Corporate Directory Update.

Q. How do I correct the permissions on my client PC, after it has failed to login to the OTM server?
A. Please refer to: Correcting Permissions on Client PCs after Failure to Log Into OTM Server.

Q. Is there a list of the items that are resolved with the OTM 2.1 21056su1 patch?
A. Please refer to: OTM Patches.

Q. Does OTM run under Windows XP?
A. With OTM version 2.1, Windows XP can now be used as the operating system for a client, or a stand-alone OTM machine. However, note that multi-session is not supported. Two users cannot be simultaneously logged into a machine that is running OTM.

The current supported service packs for Windows XP are 1 and 1a. Nortel Networks advises that XP clients may perform slightly slower than Windows 2000 clients that possess similar hardware and software configurations. This is due to the nature of the Windows XP operating system.
