TM 3.x Training, Installation & Support

ISI is proud to announce we have added Installation, Training and Support services for Nortel’s Telephony Manager (TM 3.x) product, adding to our repertoire of supported Nortel PBX Administrative Tools. Due to our business experience with Nortel distributors, ISI has been providing Meridian Administration Tools (MAT) support for ISI’s authorized dealers and their customers since 1996. With the introduction of OTM to the marketplace, ISI added a full range of support services for the OTM product, while continuing to provide MAT services. Now, ISI provides support for MAT, OTM AND TM!

ISI is unique in our approach to offering installation, training and remote technical support. We offer dealers and their customers an a la carte selection of TM modules/features. This allows ISI to customize our services to meet the specific needs of the customer. Our range of choices includes pre-sale engineering, installation, training and remote technical support of a number of components, which may be purchased individually, or as a "bundle." The components include:

  • Common Services/Web Navigator Introduction
  • Web Navigator: Telephone Manager
  • Telecom Billing System (Call Accounting)/Accounting Management (General and Enhanced)
  • Call Tracking
  • Traffic Analysis/ Performance Management
  • Fault (Alarm) Management
  • Electronic Switched Network (ESN) Analysis and Reporting
  • Web Navigator: Equipment/Maintenance Windows
  • Common Network Directory (CND)/Web Navigator: Directory
  • Access Server
  • Meridian 1/CS 1000 Internet Telephony Gateway (ITG) Trunk or Media Card
  • Meridian 1/CS 1000 IP Telephony Line Card
  • Communication Server 1000 Element Management

Additional hardware/software components such as remote diagnostics software (PC Anywhere), WTI Netlink Buffer Boxes, modems, and PCs may be purchased from and supported by ISI.

Rate Table services and remote support for non-ISI installed OTM systems are also available.
