ISI's web browser interface provides secure, easy-to-use access to stored call activity with utilities to search and report on call activity by date, extension number, CLID, dialed number, call type, cost and duration thresholds. Results may be viewed on screen, printed or saved in a variety of file formats for use as evidence. Every month you'll receive a CD with a selection of key indicator reports to help you identify, respond to and prevent undesirable activity, analyze traffic and trunk facilities utilization and serve as a permanent historical record of call detail for the month.
