Infortel Select and Windows 2000 Professional/Windows 2000 Server/SQL Server 2000 Compatibility

ISI Telemanagement Solutions, Inc. continually improves its products by taking advantage of the latest technology available. Effective August 1, 2008, Infortel Select 7.x software will begin to utilize the programming enhancements Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 offers. Please note, however, that .NET Framework 3.5 is not compatible with Windows 2000 Professional or Windows 2000 Server operating systems. Therefore, if your system is running Windows 2000 Professional or Windows 2000 Server and you require any updates to Infortel Select 7.x after August 1, it will be necessary to upgrade your operating system to Windows Server 2003, Windows XP or Windows Vista prior to receiving the Infortel Select update.

Additionally, Microsoft has announced Mainstream Support for SQL Server 2000 will retire on 4/8/2008. ISI anticipates our ability to continue to support Infortel Select with a SQL Server 2000 database until 4/1/2009. Please note, however, ISI’s support agreement covers only Infortel Select. If a problem arises that is not due to Infortel Select, but rather is a problem with SQL Server 2000, your support will be limited to that which Microsoft will provide at that time, as support of SQL Server is not covered by ISI’s software support agreement.
