ISI, because of its business experience with Nortel distributors, has been providing Meridian Administration Tools (MAT) support for its authorized dealers and their customers since 1996. With the introduction of OTM to the marketplace, ISI also provides a full range of support services for the new OTM product, while continuing to provide MAT services.
ISI provides onsite software installation, end-user training and ongoing remote support, including rate table subscription services for the following OTM packages:
- General Package
- Enhanced Package
- Premium Package
- Telecom Billing System - General and Enhanced
ISI is unique in its approach to offering installation, training and remote technical support. Rather than requiring customers to install and receive training and support at the OTM "package" level, ISI offers dealers and their customers an a la carte selection of package "sub-components." This allows ISI to customize its services to meet the specific needs of the customer. ISI's range of choices includes pre-sale engineering, installation, training and remote technical support of a number of components, which may be purchased individually, or as a "bundle." The components include:
- Common Services/Security Management
- Station Administration/General Configuration Management
- Traffic Analysis/Enhanced Performance Management
- Fault (Alarm) Management
- ESN Analysis and Reporting/Premium Configuration Management
- Maintenance Windows/Enhanced Configuration Management
- Virtual System Access
- LDAP Synchronization/Premium Package
- ITG Trunk and Line Card
- Succession PBXs "Element Manager"
- Telecom Billing System (Call Accounting)/Accounting Management
In addition to selecting from the above components, customers may also decide whether installation, training and remote support are required on the web-reporting capabilities of OTM.
Additional hardware/software components such as remote diagnostics software (PC Anywhere), MDR 2000, MDR2000E and Pollcat III Buffer Boxes, modems, and PCs may be purchased from and supported by ISI. ISI offers onsite coverage including the United States and Canada and provides training for the components being installed at the customer's site.
Rate Table services and remote support for non-ISI installed OTM systems are also available.
