the SQL Express database, which is a royalty-free version of SQL
Server. The lower cost of SQL Express provides an economical option
and is ideal for companies with less than 250 extensions that require
a single user and call storage volumes below four million calls.
SQL Express uses 32-bit technology to provide multi-tasking capabilities
and superior speed of operation. The system runs on Microsoft’s
Windows XP and Vista operating systems. All functions run on a single
PC.
Infortel EZ facilitates collection, processing
and reporting of telephone activity and provides all the tools
for efficient management of the corporate telecom environment, including
allocation of telecom expenses, monitoring employee productivity,
abuse, misuse and fraud detection, traffic analysis, network planning
and historical call archive.
