Program |
SCHAUMBURG, IL - ISI announced today the availability of an
outsourced call accounting service that is interoperable with Cisco
System's CallManager 3.0(1) to 3.1(12) IP-based call processing
system. ISI's Infortel-TSB 5.3 service gathers call data from Cisco
CallManager to provide management reports as a traditional service
bureau and via the Internet as an Application Service Provider (ASP).
ISI is a voice and IP telephony solutions member of the Cisco AVVID
(Architecture for Voice, Video and Integrated Data) Partner Program.
Through membership in the Cisco AVVID partner program, ISI provides
more choices in IP telephony tracking and reporting options to enterprise
customers.
The Cisco AVVID Partner Program sets criteria for interoperability
testing by independent third parties and is a co-marketing program
enabling leading product and services firms to deploy innovative
e-business solutions. The program enables leading companies to work

can deploy a broad range of e-business solutions which foster innovation
and drive rapid adoption for business critical technologies."
Infortel-TSB delivers all the benefits of an on-site call accounting
system, coupled with personalized customer service. Time-proven
practices and a staff of experienced telecom professionals transform
raw call detail records from Cisco CallManager, into accurate, easy-to-use
management reports delivered to your desktop or accessible on the
Internet. ISI owns the equipment and maintains the application so
customers can focus on running their own business. Cisco CallManager
is the software-based call-processing component of the Cisco enterprise
IP telephony solution and a product enabled by Cisco AVVID. Cisco
CallManager software extends enterprise telephony features and capabilities
to packet telephony network devices such as IP phones, media processing
devices, voice-over-IP (VoIP) gateways, and multimedia applications.
