Enhanced Offering Gives Lodging Customers a Competitive
Advantage
Schaumburg, Illinois - ISI Telemanagement Solutions, Inc. (ISI),
a leader in voice and data communications cost management, today
announced the availability of Infortel Lodging Version 5.5, its
industry leading Call Accounting application designed specifically
for the hospitality industry as a strategic tool to improve profitability.
The enhanced ISI product offers the lodging industry new ways to
increase guest satisfaction, help raise occupancy rates and drive
new revenues.

Hotels and resorts using the Fidelio property management system,
an industry leader, can use ISI's two-way interface to tailor phone
billing for a competitive advantage. Infortel Lodging enables hotels
and resorts to offer the types of incentives necessary to compete
for the business of large groups or conventions that fill blocks
of rooms. ISI makes it easy to offer special group phone rates that
are automatically applied when the check-in record is created through
the property management system.
ISI can also help structure incentive rates to entice VIP customers
to make return visits. Infortel Lodging reads the VIP-code from
the Fidelio PMS and applies the special rates offered as perks to
preferred guests. The result is increased customer satisfaction
and improved occupancy rates.
ISI's two-way interface to the Fidelio line of property management
systems is compatible with Version 6, Front Office Suite 7, and
Opera Enterprise Solution Property Management Systems from Fidelio
through an Ethernet connection.
Infortel Lodging's security has also been greatly enhanced by using
operating system services to run the Property Management System
interface, instead of running the application in background. Users
do not have to log into Infortel Lodging to interface with the PMS.
This functionality is now automatically available, whenever the
server is up and running.
