Enhanced Offering to Address All Aspects of Enterprise Communications Spend

SCHAUMBURG, Illinois - ISI Telemanagement Solutions, Inc. (ISI), a leader in voice and data communications cost management, today announced the launch of its Total Solution for telecom cost reduction. Following a recent name change to reflect the company's renewed focus on serving the broad spectrum of enterprise telemanagement needs, ISI's enhanced offering combines its software and consulting services into one unified solution to enable customers in a variety of industries to better manage and reduce overall telecom spend.

According to recent research from the Aberdeen Group, more than 50 percent of large enterprises don't accurately know how much they are spending on telecom-related services across the company, while up to 85 percent of mid-market enterprises' telecom bills are paid in full and not audited. As such, there remains a significant opportunity for additional enterprise cost savings, and ISI is well positioned to fulfill this growing market need.
