ISI Adds New ASP Product to Cisco AVVID Partner

SCHAUMBURG, IL - ISI today announced that it has joined the Cisco
AVVID (Architecture for Voice, Video and Integrated Data) Partner
Program as a voice and IP telephony solutions member. ISI's Infortel
for Windows with VoIP View provides enterprise customers with convergent
reporting using Cisco's Voice-over-IP (VoIP) system as well as circuit-switched
networks. This provides enterprise customers with a migration path
to transition from a circuit-switched environment to converged VoIP
networks.
The Cisco AVVID Partner Program is an interoperability testing
and co-marketing program enabling leading product and services firms
to deploy innovative e-business solutions. The program provides
enterprise customers with Cisco AVVID Partner products and services
that have been tested and verified to interoperate with Cisco network
technology.
Cisco IP telephony solutions are scalable, distributed and highly
available, providing a smooth migration from separate infrastructures
to a single converged voice, video and data network. Enterprises
benefit from IP-based business applications that enhance employee
productivity, customer flexibility and control, and exceptional
customer service. Companies also benefit from Cisco-s standards-based,
distributed, open architecture -- inherent components of Cisco AVVID.

Infortel for Windows with VoIP View offers accounting and billing
solutions for both small and large enterprise accounts. VoIP View
collects the Call Detail Records from Cisco's CallManager 3.0x to
3.05, on both the MCS and ICS platforms, and generates customizable
reports for both internal charge back and cost accounting requirements.
VoIP View can also provide call accounting for traditional voice
networks and combinations of traditional voice and Cisco's CallManager
IP networks. VoIP View can be used to allocate VoIP costs within
an organization, provide productivity reporting and fraud control,
and bill-back to clients.
Once VoIP View captures Cisco's CallManager data, the data is rated
and processed for reporting. Users then have access to the robust
rating, reporting and report scheduling, billing, and report distribution
features that ISI products are known for.
