New Release - Infortel Select 7.0 |
Schaumburg, Illinois - ISI Telemanagement Solutions, Inc. (ISI), a
leader in voice and data communications cost management today announced
the release of Infortel Select 7.0, its
industry leading Call Accounting application. ISI has leveraged advances
in operating system technology to improve end-user security, while
also adding more web-enabled functionality, expanding its reporting
capabilities and automating the distribution and installation of rate
tables.
Infortel Select's security has been greatly
enhanced by using operating system services to run many of Select's
core-tasks, instead of running these elements of the application
in background. Now users do not have to log into Select to activate
basic functionality such as data collection, processing, alarms,
backup, web reporting, fixed charges, graph production, de-duplication
and rate table distribution. These services are now automatically
available, whenever the server is up and running.
ISI has web-enabled additional modules to give easy access to all
authorized users. Trunk Analysis, Alarms and Summarized Data Export
have been added to Select's web-delivered functionality. This is
in addition to a web-based directory, call exploration, reports-on-demand
and general reporting.
Select 7.0 has added Top Usage Reports
to its comprehensive reporting capabilities. The new Usage Reports
rank top users based upon cost, duration and volume. The reports
are designed for maximum flexibility, allowing user-determined data
field selections to promote more efficient management by exception.
New for the 7.0 release is the automatic distribution and installation
of Rate Tables. Customers may choose to electronically receive their
rate table updates via FTP. They can also choose to have the rate
tables routinely installed by ISI with no end-user intervention.
ISI will complete installation and notify the customer via e-mail
after each implementation.
