Professional Services Package Added to Infortel®
for Windows Product |
Schaumburg, IL - ISI announces the addition of the Infortel for Windows-Professional
Services Package (IFW-PSP) to their award-winning Infortel for Windows
product. IFW-PSP is a call accounting solution, which runs on Windows
95/98 and Windows NT platforms, and is designed especially for professional
service firms.
With IFW-PSP, users throughout a company can edit calls from their
desktops using the easy-to-use call editing screen. IFW-PSP provides
an interface to all major time-and-billing systems for timely and
accurate updates. The two-way interface also allows IFW-PSP to automatically
accept lists of valid clients and matters, and post transaction
without user intervention.
Alphanumeric code support also is a key feature to IFW-PSP. Firms
that use alphanumeric account codes have had few, if any, options
for assigning codes to calls. IFW-PSP allows for the entering of
alphanumeric account codes for those firms that require this feature.
Other features include Full Client/Matter Lookup, which allows
users to speed account code finding by searching by code or name;
the Most Recently Used Feature, which allows users to show only
the most recently used accounts for searching; a sophisticated Security
Methodology, which can restrict access by user; and Spreadsheet
Editing, which allows for multiple record selection, column locking,
variable sort orders and right mouse functionality.
IFW-PSP is Year 2000 compliant and suitable for any firm that needs
to recover phone-related billable costs accurately, including law,
architecture, advertising, public relations, accounting and engineering
