Management application. Facilities Management is fully integrated
with ISI's industry leading Call Accounting application, combining

Select now offers users the ability to manage all aspects of their
telecommunications resources with one intuitive, web-based tool.
Facilities Management enables users to control, track and report
on all elements of their telecom equipment inventory and administer
all related services.
Infortel Select offers users a total telecom billing solution for
the enterprise through its integration of Call Accounting and Facilities
Management on one technology platform. As a result, the management
of telecommunications resources becomes more efficient and accurate
through an integrated database containing equipment inventories,
service requests, project data, costs, a skills-inventory for all
technicians and billing information. All of the data is in one place
and available to the user through a robust, web-based management
reporting tool.

Infortel Select's Inventory Management feature helps users to track

each and every inventory item.
The Service Request feature provides users with the tools to manage
all of the service and support activities associated with the user's
telecommunications infrastructure. Now work orders and trouble tickets
are fully integrated with the user's inventory, technicians' skills
inventory and related charges, whether one-time or recurring.
Infortel Select's Project Management feature gives users the ability
to truly manage telecom projects, by accessing integrated project,
inventory, technician and service request data. Users can specify
where work will be done and who will do the work. Reporting is available
for each project, along with location information, each service
request and a list of events tied to the project.
Infortel Select provides users with secure web-based access to
Facilities Management data for complete flexibility. The application
comes configured with a collection of web-based, pre-defined reports,
which can be sorted to the user's specifications. This full reporting
application offers a wide range of reporting functionality to provide
complete order and inventory information.
