Infortel for Windows with VoIP View passes Cisco
Independant Operability Testing for CallManager |
SCHAUMBURG, IL -ISI is proud to announce that Infortel for
Windows (IFW) with VoIP View has successfully completed the third-party
testing of interoperability between IFW with VoIP View and Cisco
CallManager. IFW with VoIP View is the first call accounting product
of its kind to complete Cisco's Interoperability Verification Testing
(IVT).
In this testing, interoperability was confirmed with Cisco CallManager
versions 3.0x to 3.05. Testing was performed with the CallManager
functioning as an individual server and in a clustered configuration.
Areas tested included:
- Installation of ISI software
- ISI's ability to retrieve records from Cisco CallManager
- ISI's ability to recover from network or publisher failures
without data loss
- ISI's ability to properly report on various calls (station
to station, station to gateway, gateway to station, conference
calls, etc)
- ISI's interaction with Cisco CallManager (ensures that ISI's
application does not degrade CallManager functions, even in very
high volume applications)
Based on the results of the tests, Cisco has issued a Statement
of Interoperability with Cisco CallManager. Due to confidentiality
agreements, ISI is unable to publish actual test results. |
