10/03/02 ISI, Inc. Launches New eLearning Subsidiary With A Vertical Focus on Contact Centers

Schaumburg, IL - ISI, Inc., a Chicago-based company providing intelligent telemanagement solutions to industry, announces a diversification into the eLearning business with a dedicated focus on Contact Centers through its ISI eLearning Solutions subsidiary.

ISI's newly established eLearning subsidiary is focused on enhancing performance in their customers' Contact Center to ultimately reach their business goals. eLearning Solutions' sole focus on business performance and results ensures that learning outcomes are tightly aligned with the company's specific business objectives within a Contact Center. The offering not only meets the training requirement of new contact center agents, but the products are designed to upgrade existing agents' skill levels.
