member of the Infortel family, Infortel EZ,
is an outsourced product which enables users to better understand,
manage and significantly lower their telecommunications costs at

Infortel EZ is hosted at the corporate headquarters of ISI Telemanagement
Solutions, Inc. where the data center collects and processes all
call records daily. This new, low-cost, yet feature-rich package
identifies abuse, phone-related productivity issues, and bill-back
opportunities in an easy to read format. Users can select from a
wide variety of powerful report designs and levels of detail, many
of which can be immediately accessed via the Internet or e mail,
and are included at no extra charge. ISI provides on-site collection
equipment compatible with all conventional PBX systems, or can configure
a customer-provided PC to collect call information from Cisco CallManager
and CallManager Express systems.
Each installation is personally managed by a specially trained Customer
Account Coordinator (CAC), whose exclusive mission is to ensure
that all outsourced call accounting services are specifically designed
to meet each client's unique needs. Working as a virtual extension
of the customer's telecom staff, the CAC also provides training,
