3/23/06 Two Orders Totaling more than $10M and GSA Approval Make for A Strong 2006 Beginning at ISI

SCHAUMBURG, Ill. - Two large orders totaling more than $10 million dollars and approval from the Federal General Services Administration mean 2006 is lining up to be a strong year at ISI. "We recently secured two major IP Telephony projects and also received notification of approval on our GSA contract application from the Federal General Services Administration this quarter. This further solidifies our position as the leading provider of enterprise-wide call accounting for IP Telephony regardless of who the technology provider is," said Rich Wilkus - President and CEO at ISI.

One of the large projects is for a major U.S. financial services organization with more than 6,000 locations in the United States. The contract, worth more than $4 million over the initial term, calls for ISI to provide billing and cost allocation information for the financial institution's Cisco IP Telephony implementation during the coming year. ISI will also provide traditional call accounting in more than 400 of its call center locations.

"Very few organizations in the U.S. have the capability of undertaking and delivering on a project of this magnitude. It is gratifying to know that our customers and business partners continue to have the confidence and trust in us as evidenced by a transaction of this magnitude," stated Rich Wilkus.

ISI has also announced the receipt of a six-year agreement to provide IP Telephony usage tracking and reporting for a global financial services company with more than 2,500 locations worldwide. The contract is worth more than $6.5 million over the initial term and calls for ISI's call accounting application for cost allocation purposes in connection with the organization's move to Avaya's IP Telephony application during the coming year.

Another major accomplishment at ISI was the approval by the Federal General Services Administration of ISI's GSA contract application. "Obtaining our GSA number means a shorter sales cycle for federal, state and local government agencies looking to implement our telecom solutions," said Rich Wilkus - President and CEO at ISI.
