ISI Telemanagement Solutions enhances Infortel®
Select Call Management Solution to support Cisco CallManager®

SCHAUMBURG, Illinois, Nov. 30, 2006— ISI Telemanagement Solutions,
Inc., a leading global provider of comprehensive cost management
solutions for voice, data, wireless and integrated communications,
today announced significant enhancements to their industry-leading
Infortel® Select call management software. Version 7.4 of Infortel®
Select makes immediately available to customers an improved reporting
engine, as well as increased functionality in alarm distribution,
international support and integration with Cisco CallManager®
5 and Cisco MeetingPlace®.

methods, including CDR via FTP push to integrate with Cisco’s

data collection from Cisco’s MeetingPlace
multimedia conferencing solution. This provides our customers with
a single report source for telephone calls as well as conferences.”
ISI also announced a new web-based Reports Portal
to enable immediate access to critical information via the internet.
With the new Reports Portal, instead of receiving a report via email
(which can be problematic due to limitations of file sizes), the
recipient receives a link to the Reports Portal where they can view,
export and print reports. This new functionality reduces traffic
over networks and eliminates the need to maintain security access
for users who require report receipt only.
Additional enhancements in Infortel® Select 7.4 include support
for International Languages and Currencies, improved
Alarm features to quickly alert customers if corrupt
CDR is received, a Call Volume Exception Report
to benefit outsourced customers and customers with on-site deployments
that poll CDR on an infrequent basis, changes in the directory
module to facilitate search routines and increase security,
Phone Number Search allowing sort routines by any
column, and Rate Table support for many new countries.
