ISI Telemanagement Solutions Announces Upgrades for Infortel® Select Version 8.0 |
- Adds Improved Business Intelligence Reports & Cisco CallManager Express Alarms
- Enables Users to Monitor Employee Activity & Increase Revenues
SCHAUMBURG, Illinois, September 29, 2009 — ISI Telemanagement Solutions, Inc., a leading global provider of comprehensive Telecom Expense Management solutions for voice, data, wireless and unified communications, announced the release of upgrades for their award-winning Infortel® Select Telecom Call Accounting product. This latest release brings a number of significant enhancements to the product that propels ISI beyond basic call accounting. Notable new features include three Business Intelligence Reports, as well as an International Call Pricing Enhancement and updated applications that will enable users to significantly improve customer service and decrease Telecom spending.
“The newly developed reports are a breakthrough in Business Intelligence. They allow the user to see the call cost, count, or duration for the current day for a selected group of employees or departments,” explains Laura Dritt, Director of Product Management for ISI. Ms. Dritt continued, “These reports help our customers quickly spot areas of potential abuse, view overall phone activity in key groups like TeleSales and track adherence to telecom budgets across the enterprise. The data is updated every five minutes so action can be taken immediately.”
Infortel® Select, currently in Version 8.0, also offers an International Call Pricing Enhancement which provides an interface for users to define international land line and mobile termination pricing on a country-by-country basis. “This feature helps our multinational customers monitor and control their growing international telecom expenses with a specific focus on controlling wireless costs,” states Daniel Janer, ISI's newly appointed Executive VP of Sales. Mr. Janer continued, “Infortel® Select is now an even more vital component of any Telecom Expense Management Solution.”
Additional improvements found in this upgrade to Version 8.0 include features supporting Cisco Call Accounting, like an alarm for Cisco CallManager Express users that alerts them if no CDR is being received and, improved Directory Management Tools.
