07/17/07 ISI Telemanagement Solutions, Inc. announces release of Infortel® Select Version 7.5 - advanced Telecom Billing and Reporting Solution

Version 7.5 adds superior functionality for Hospitality Customers,
as well as the new Infortel® EZ product for Small Businesses
with less than 500 Extensions

SCHAUMBURG, Illinois, July 17, 2007— ISI Telemanagement Solutions, Inc., a leading global provider of comprehensive cost management solutions for voice, data, wireless and integrated communications, today announced the release of a new version of their award-winning Infortel® Select telecom billing and reporting product. This latest release, Version 7.5, brings a number of enhancements to the product as well as introducing two new applications and three new reports.

“In Version 7.5, we have ported Infortel Hospitality to Select. ISI’s hospitality customers can now enjoy all the benefits of Infortel Select, including web-based access, increased security options and vast reporting capabilities”, said Laura Dritt, Director of Product Management for ISI. “Hospitality clients will still have all the applications geared toward the Hospitality industry, including the front desk applet and interfaces to property management systems, but can now make use of the dashboard and other benefits of Infortel Select.”

Version 7.5. also introduces Infortel EZ, an on site call accounting solution for customers with less than 500 extensions and call record retention requirements of less than four million calls. “With Infortel EZ, ISI is able to address the growing need for smaller businesses to track, verify and report on their telecom costs”, said Neil Doughty, ISI’s Chief Operating Officer. “Infortel EZ brings advanced telecom billing solutions within reach of virtually any business. ISI is offering a free 30-day trial of Infortel EZ so customers can actually see the great benefits our solutions offer.”

Additional features now available in Infortel Select Version 7.5 are the ability to set up default billing classes per organization, support for Cisco’s K-Factor measurements (which is a new way of measuring voice quality in CallManager version 4.2 and above), and full compliance with Microsoft’s Vista Operating System.
