Irwin Friedman
Chairman & Chief Executive
Officer
Irwin Friedman is Chairman and controlling shareholder of ISI.
He has more than 30 years experience as managing partner of
the CPA firm Friedman, Eisenstein, Raemer & Schwartz, LLP.
He is also Founder and Chairman of The Friedman Group, LLC, a
Chicago-based business consulting firm focused on helping
entrepreneurial ownership and management establish and achieve
company goals. Mr. Friedman is widely acknowledged as a leader
in developing business growth strategies, optimizing internal
management processes and implementing successful financial
strategies for organizations of all sizes.
Rick
Ruykhaver
Board Member and Advisor
Charles “Rick” Ruykhaver, Board of Directors Member and previous
Executive Vice-President of Sales, advises ISI’s current Sale management team.
After spending 12 years in various sales and management positions at Xerox
Co., Mr. Ruykhaver joined ISI in 1980 as a District Sales Manager in the
Boston, MA office. Mr. Ruykhaver is widely recognized as a leading expert in
the field of Telecom Billing and Reporting systems and Telecom Expense
Management.
Mark Friedman
Chief Operating Officer & Vice President of Direct Sales
Mark Friedman joined the ISI Management Team in 2008, but has been
ISI's outside Legal Counsel for over 15 years. He is responsible for
negotiating agreements with ISI's key strategic partners and suppliers.
In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Friedman establishes
and manages the infrastructure necessary to support ISI's vast partner
network, which includes such market-leading providers as Cisco, Avaya,
Nortel, AT&T, Verizon and Sprint Nextel. In 2011, Mr. Friedman took
responsibility for all of ISI's Direct Sales initiatives. Mr. Friedman
received both his undergraduate degree in Accounting (1984) and his law
degree (1987) from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. He also
earned his CPA in 1984.
Dan Hoctor
Chief Financial Officer
Dan Hoctor joined ISI in 1999 as Controller. He was promoted to
Chief Financial Officer in 2006. He is responsible for the financial
reporting of the company as well as supervising the Accounting
Department. Prior to ISI, Mr. Hoctor worked in various management and
accounting positions. Mr. Hoctor received his Bachelor of Science
degree in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati.
Mary Wehmhoefer
Executive Vice President of Software Development and
Support
Mary Wehmhoefer came to ISI in 1993 and attained her current position
in 1998. Ms. Wehmhoefer is responsible for managing the Customer
Service Department, which includes the Technical Support groups for
OS Plus, Lodging, IFW, OTM, First Level support, Project Management,
TSB Customer Service Department as well as the Installation Department
(Field Installers and Customer Account Supervisors) and the Field
Service Department (Field Service Technicians and Field Service Supervisor).
Her responsibilities also include developing new policies and procedures,
ISO 9001 oversight, and overall quality assurance.
Mark McNeill
Vice President of Strategic Marketing Solutions
Mark McNeill joined ISI in 2006 as Marketing Director and was promoted
to his current position in June, 2011. He oversees all of ISI’s
marketing and communications initiatives, including the company website,
press releases, trade shows and collateral. In addition, Mr. McNeill is
responsible for developing and managing many of ISI's strategic partners
and resellers. Mr. McNeill has a 25+ year career in Telecommunications.
Prior to joining ISI, Mr. McNeill held management positions in Sales and
Marketing for AT&T, Ameritech, TelTrust and InterCall. He holds a
Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science, as well as a
Masters degree in Business Administration (Marketing and Finance), both
from Boston University.
Michael R. Browning
Vice President of Channel Development
Mike Browning joined ISI in 2010 in the role of Channel Development Manager and was promoted in
January of 2011 to Vice President of Channel Development. Mike is responsible for
interfacing with ISI's key partners and developing initiatives to expand ISI's business.
Mike has over 20 years of telecommunications sales experience. Prior to joining ISI,
Mike was Sales Director-Business Development Manager at MAC Source Communications,
Regional Director of Channel Sales at Symbol Technologies, and Chief Operations
Officer-Channel Sales Division at Avaya, Inc./Lucent Technologies/AT&T. Mike holds a
Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Mike Mestemaker
Director of Engineering
Mike Mestemaker joined the ISI team in March of 1998 as a Senior Software Engineer/Team Leader. Mike was promoted to Software Development Manager/System Architect in April of 2009, and again promoted in September of 2010 to Director of Engineering. In the role of Director of Engineering, Mike oversees both the Software Engineering and Quality Assurance Departments, directing and prioritizing the programming of new software development as well as those efforts in the QA department. Prior to joining ISI, Mike worked as a Sr. Systems Analyst and Team Leader in the insurance industry. Mike received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute of Technology.
Dan Mueller
Vice President of CDR Managed Services
Dan Mueller joined ISI in 1994. He has over 15 years of telecommunications
management experience. His expertise includes the implementation of voice,
data and wireless network services, traffic/usage analysis and call detail
reporting, and the development and management of outsourcing services for
global clients. Mr. Mueller has extensive experience designing customized
software applications and reporting for complex client requirements.
Mitch Weiss
Director of Product Strategy
Mitch Weiss joined ISI in 1994. He is an industry leader in the development
and utilization of telemanagement software for on-going management purposes.
For ISI projects, he and other engineering associates provide special
expertise and support involving the analysis of voice and IP traffic/usage,
trunking facilities and routing, potential abuse/security issues, cost
allocations and systems integration. Mr. Weiss has been through HIPAA
Certification.
Marie Caldwell
Director of Partner Marketing and Development
Marie Caldwell joined ISI as Director of Partner Marketing and Development in 2011. In this role she leads ISI's marketing and sales approach with partners and resellers, including managing the sales team for sell-through business, partner programs, joint marketing initiatives, sales enablement and partner community, and to increase consideration and purchase of ISI offerings in new and existing end-user markets. Prior to joining ISI, Ms. Caldwell worked in a variety of strategy, channel/partner and marketing roles in 13 years at IBM, as well as business transformation roles for mid-size and small companies. Ms. Caldwell holds a Master's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University, and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
Bernessa Wilson
Marketing Director
Bernessa Wilson joined ISI as Director of Marketing in 2011. In this role she is responsible for leading ISI's marketing team, driving marketing and communications strategies including integrated marketing plans, advertising, social media, consumer insights and marketing talent development. Her goals are to build brand awareness and market positioning, stronger effective media plans, sustainable customer linkage and marketing programs and a strong return on marketing objectives. Prior to joining ISI, Ms. Wilson worked for Packer, PepsiCo and RR Donnelley. She earned her bachelor's degree in Marketing from DePaul University.
