The addition of the robust SQL Server in version 5.0 makes it more powerful than ever - regardless of the number of call records you need to process.
Infortel for Windows now gives you your choice of databases:
- The Microsoft Database Engine (MSDE) - a royalty-free version of SQL Server - is designed for organizations with lower data volumes and allows up to five concurrent users. We call this version Infortel for Windows Desktop.
- The more robust version of SQL Server, with support for virtually an unlimited number of users and call records. We call this version Infortel for Windows Enterprise.
The addition of SQL Server gives you the full functionality of this powerful technology, regardless of the size of your company or system, and an easy migration path as your needs change.
Infortel for Windows gives you all the benefits of call accounting -- allocation of telephone costs, monitoring employee productivity, analyzing telecom traffic, managing telephone abuse and detecting fraud -- with the simplicity of a Windows-based graphical user interface.
Infortel for Windows is the ideal telemanagement solution for companies with single, or multiple sites, from 10 to 30,000 extensions. And when it comes to installation, you can be involved as much, or as little, as you prefer.
Infortel for Windows makes telemanagement reporting easier than before:
- Flexible Reporting exportable to various Windows applications and to the Internet or corporate Intranet.
- Auto-Report Scheduler lets you design and save reports to run automatically on a scheduled basis.
- Multi-Level Organization Structure can mirror your organization with up to four levels of hierarchy and full reporting at any level.
- Web Interface allows you to save and report in HTML for easy posting to a web page.
Additional Modules
VoIP View is a new module of Infortel for Windows, providing call accounting for Cisco's Architecture for Voice, Video and Integrated Data (AVVID). VoIP View offers full call accounting and billing functionality for Cisco's CallManager telephony systems. Infortel for Windows with VoIP View is compatible with CallManager on both the ICS and MCS platforms.
Web Reporting is an optional module for Infortel for Windows Enterprise that allows a large number of users to view, search and print the most popular IFW reports, without specialized client software.
