Infortel for Windows System Requirements

Here is the minimum hardware* you need for Infortel for Windows 5.4

For Single-user/Single-site IFW Desktop Systems with 1,000 or fewer stations:

• Pentium III PC with 300MHz or faster processor (500MHz or faster for call storage of more than 1-million records)
• Windows 98, Windows XP Home or Pro, Windows NT Workstation or Server 4.0, or Windows 2000 Professional or Server
• 128MB RAM (256MB for call storage of more than 1-million records)
• 4GB or larger hard drive, formatted as a single partition (6GB for call storage of more than 1-million records)
• Two Serial Ports (An additional serial port for each of the following that applies: Lodging or PBX Maintenance Software)
• One Parallel or USB Port
• One Mouse and Keyboard
• CD-ROM Drive
• Floppy Drive
• Laser Printer (Local or LAN-based)
• Buffer Box - if the FTP-pollable buffer box is utilized, the PC must be configured with an IP address.
• Network Interface Card (if the PC is connected to a LAN)

For Multi-user and/or Multi-site IFW Desktop Systems, for VoIP View Systems or for Single-user/Single-site Systems with greater than 1,000 Stations:

• Pentium III PC with 500MHz or faster processor
• Windows NT Workstation or Server 4.0, or Windows 2000 Professional or Server, or Windows XP Home or Pro
• 256MB RAM
• Hard Drive Disk Space
  • 4GB or larger hard drive, formatted as a single partition
  • 6GB for call storage of more than 1-million records
  • If using Windows 2000 Operating System, 2GB must be formatted as a single partition; the second partition contains the remainder of disk space
• Two Serial Ports (An additional serial port for each of the following that applies: Lodging, Multi-site, or PBX maintenance software)
• One Parallel or USB Port
• One Mouse and Keyboard
• CD-ROM Drive
• Floppy Drive
• Laser Printer (Local or LAN-based)
• Buffer Box - if the FTP-pollable buffer box is utilized, the PC must be configured with an IP address.
• Network Interface Card (if the PC is connected to a LAN)
